How Do I Import Brave Bookmarks From One User Account On The Same Computer to Another Account?

As the Win10 1809 Update (12/14/18) forces me to run Brave as an Administrator, and under the Admin account the Brave bookmarks are minimal, how do I pull the Brave Bookmarks from my standard user account that I usually run Brave under into the “Administrator” account I’m forced to use now after the update?

IOW, how do I import Brave bookmarks from one user account to another user account? Running Brave 0.25.2.

(Remember, I cannot export from the desired account because Brave won’t open under a standard user account.)
