Hello, I am a registred creator, I’ve been verified since january 2021 and somehow my account shows as if I was unverified. Could anyone please help me with this issue? How can I get it fixed? Thanks.

Could you kindly submit a ticket to our Creator Support form and from there we can investigate further.

Could you check if your region is supported at
If you’re not from a region listed above, your creators account will show as unverified. Also when you login to your creators account, you’ll see a notice saying so below the connection buttons.
Hi, thanks for the answer. My region is France so it seems to me that it is supported.
