Help with new PC and my old account, sync, passwords/bookmarks

Hello, I’ve been using Brave for a few months now but just today I got a new computer and reinstalled brave but wanted to access all the bookmarks and such from my previous computer including passwords and hopefully also access to the brave rewards I had been saving. I set up brave sync and it includes my phone/old pc/and my new PC, and my system is windows same with my old pc
