Haven't received brave ads or rewards in almost 11 months

I haven’t received any rewards or payouts since verifying my wallet in March 2021. I have checked and read through FAQ, I have notifications on though I receive no popups anymore (i used the popup tester and that works perfectly, my wallet is connected and verified to Uphold, however it says I wont have my tokens for this month processed until March 7th.

I have done one re-install last year, and have since then noticed that I have two brave browsers when I go to notifications settings on my computer.

Operating system: macOS Monterey 12.01

The last payment I received was on the day I verified my wallet on 03/05/2021 at 9:48 pm

any ideas? @tmancey I also looked at the logs and can see as far back as may 2021 of failed claimed/signed tokens, is my account locked?
