Have not received BAT Rewards for September

Briefly describe your issue:

I have not received any Brave Rewards for September even though the payouts say they have been completed.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

I’m using Windows 10, and Version 1.44.108 Chromium: 106.0.5249.103 (Official Build) (64-Bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

No.

What date did you verify your wallet?

I have not verified my wallet.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Yes. I received payments from October 2021 to February 2022. I then started receiving payments again in the Summer of 2022 after I reported an issue, and have been receiving payments for the last three months (August, July and June)

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

No.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Yes.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Yes.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Yes.

Give us a few days because there are some issues Rewards team is working on, which hopefully will push payments through for current payments. If you’re having issues with payments after next week, submit a Support Ticket
