There seems to be very little follow-up, specifically when it comes to Brave Rewards. I’ve posted about 2 separate issues involving my BAT earnings, and both times I was asked to send a DM, yet never received a response to either of my DMs even after reaching out a second time. I’m just trying to gauge my chances of ever seeing results

unfortunately, brave has a small team behind it and a lot of users looking for help (and I’m pretty sure a big part of them doesn’t look in others topics which can potentially have the answer they need) , patience and perseverance is very necessary here

I have had follow ups and issues resolved. Maybe slow over the holiday.
