You can’t get rewards without doing KYC. As explained by @SmartyAadi.
Unfortunately, companies like Brave have to comply with (US) regulations if they want to keep their business.
But, if you google, you will find similar rewards programmes without the need of KYC. I can’t/won’t name them here.
