I would block it by using Brave Block element, on right click menu in the page. 
Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s possible of Brave iOS to use that feature.

@dbcommunity You are right, there was no option in Brave Mobile to block elements directly on the page! The only way is to synchronize the content filter list from Desktop. But I’m afraid that the syntax of the filters should be modified to suit the mobile version. IMO not worth it.
