Few adds and no sponsored images shown

Hi there,

I have Brave both in browser and mobile. In my mobile it shows notifications and sponsored images however in my laptop (windows) notifications only appear very rarely (1 or 2 every 2 days) even though I spend much more time on my laptop. The browsing history is pretty much the same.

In my phone (android) the non-sponsored images shown cover the ones shown on my laptop and a few more. It gives the idea the browser on PC is not updating new campaigns and images database. Any idea what’s wrong? I have already deleted the browsing history, the application and re-downloaded it and it didn’t work. I’m not in focus mode.
