Facebook showing "sponsored" posts

Description of the issue: When browsing my feed on facebook (desktop, windows 10) I see sponsored posts. I just switched to brave today from firefox, on firefox I did not see these ads, I wasn’t even aware these were a thing until just now.

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no) yes

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off? yes

Does the ad appear when using a Private window as well? (yes/no) yes

What OS are you using when you see the ad? windows 10

Brave version (check About Brave): v1.60.114

Just a FYI, @mt87 this has already been discussed many times. Facebook disguises their ads as content and there’s no way to block it all without occasionally blocking proper content. Most likely it exists on your Firefox as well, but as you mentioned, you just didn’t notice.
