Endless page refreshing

Description of the issue:
Brave will endlessly refresh page on fresh profile with no extensions. No issue in Chromium Edge or Google Chrome

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Launch Brave
    2. Go to https://www.trentstudents.org/footer-links/links/contact-us
  2. Endless refresh

Expected Result
Should load normally

Always

Brave release - v0.70.100

Yes

I’m using Windows 10 v1809

@MANICX100,
It seems like for some reason the site requires that you allow cookies in order to stop the refresh. I think when they’re blocked the site is trying to fetch or redirect cookie data from a third party source.

If you open your Shields panel and change the cookie setting to Allow all cookies you should be able to view the site normally.
