Embedded videos appear as a green screen

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Open any website with an embedded video. The audio of the video can be heard but the video is blocked by a green screen.

Expected result: That the embedded video can be seen.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.18.78 Chromium: 87.0.4280.141 (Official Build) (64-bit)

If you try with Hardware Acceleration = off in brave://settings/system does it help?
