Description of the issue:
When trying to install the Brave Browser I get an error message: “Egads! Installation failed. Error code 0x8007000e”, after which I can only close the installer.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I just downloaded the installer from the official website and opened it as administrator, the error message follows automatically.

Expected result:
Installing the Brave Browser succesfully without problem.
Reproduces how often:
I tried at least 10 times, re-downloaded the installer, disabling my anti-virus and firewall, restarting my computer, opening as administrator, making more room on the harddrive, etc.
