Download page doesn't show any downloads

Description of the issue: When you open up the downloads page it shows nothing on it. Just a blank page.

Steps to Reproduce.

  1. Download something
  2. Open the downloads page using any method

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Shows nothing on the page

Expected result:
Should show current downloads and past ones as well.

Reproduces how often: Every time I open up the downloads page.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Brave version: Version 0.67.123 Chromium: 76.0.3809.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 Education 1903

Additional Information: I found a way to temporarily fix this by having the downloads page open already then downloading something. Then it will show the current download and past ones as well.

@scorpion808 Thanks for reporting. Issue is already logged, please track the below issue. Temporary fix is resize the window, you will be able to see the downloaded file.
