I found the android brave files on github. (github.com/brave/brave-browser/releases/) I’m running android 9 mobile, so I wanted the ARM64 version for release 1.51.118, current on playstore. Well, no joy. Could not find an apk file for that release. Can I buy a clue? All help appreciated.
Here it is.
Yes, thank you.
But which one of these assets is it? And, since none of them are apk files, how do I install from the download?
(Yes, I’m a noob.)

I guess this one will be it. @Saoiray would you know?
Thanks. Nice to know folks will help.
Wow! Must agree. I’m risk adverse. Thanks for the info. This gives me some traction. Regards.
Elegant solution: There’s a FOSS app in the F-droid repository called FFUpdater that manages updates from GitHub directly. Not all of them; just privacy browsers. Included are Brave, DuckDuckGo, Iceraven, Tor, Orbot, and others. It sure simplified my deal. You might take a looksee.
Thanks for your help. Reminds me of the old days (TRS-80, Commodore 64, etc) where folks would meet and bring their systems.
