Does brave support SpeedDials for sites (NOT contacts)?

I am thinking about moving to brave browse ron Android.
One important feature is that the browser offers adding (and removing) of SpeedDial thumbnails to the initial first “New Tab” page.

The SpeedDials should represent sites (=URLs) and NOT contacts!

Can Brave for Android do this?

Is there an AddOn/WebExtension?
