I’ve just bought a new Mac and have installed Brave. As my laptop is brand new, I haven’t installed Chrome - which is what I used on my previous laptop. In order to transfer bookmarks etc. over to Brave, will I need to first install Chrome?

Unfortunately yes, you’ll have to have Chrome ( or any browser) installed on you machine in order to import your bookmarks and other browsing data. Once Chrome is installed, use the instructions below to import your browsing data into Brave:
