Description of the issue: On older versions of Brave, you used to be able to use the Screenshare feature from Discord on Brave to share sound with other people in a call. That is no longer the case with the newest version of Brave and only screenshares video. Screensharing is when a user shows his screen and usually sound to the recipient(s) of a call.
**Steps to Reproduce:
1. On Discord, click on "Turn on Screen Share when in a call." 2. Click the "Application" Tab. 3. Click on the Brave Browser application in Discord. 4. Now open Brave Browser and play any sound from YouTube or any other website on it. 5. Discord will then only screenshare video but not sound.**
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Only the video will be screenshared to other people in a call.
Expected result: Screenshare/transmit video and sound to other people in a call.
Reproduces how often: Every time.
Brave Version(about:brave): 0.58.16 Chromium: 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Reproducible on current live release (yes/no): Yes
Additional Information: This bug would not happen in older versions of Brave. I’m sure this isn’t a priority at the development team behind Brave, but I would like it fixed since I can screenshare/transmit sound and video from other browsers like Firefox and Google Chrome.
