Didn't receive payments from December and now January

From the beginning the browser and its respective payments had been working well. Already in December I did not receive payment for my laptop, but on my cell phone and desktop computer they did. The payments for January have just been completed and I only received payment from my cell phone, none from the laptop or desktop computer. I have Uphold’s wallet verified and they haven’t even deposited me in the last 2 months. Was there a problem that they are reducing the rewards? Is it worth making a claim or is it already a lost reward?
