Not receiving payouts since December

Briefly describe your issue:
I received my last payment on December 10th. I had no problems until then, I was using the browser on both my phone and PC.

In January, the December payout was not received. I assumed it was because I had lost my previous phone with the browser installed before the payout began, so I continued using the browser as usual.

However, the payments in February and March also failed.

Every month, the balance in the browser was normal, and it was reset after each payout as if the payment had been made, but it was never credited.

Can’t remember the first, but the last connection was in January.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes, the last payment was December 10th

Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?
Yes

You’ll need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 for someone from Brave to look into it and try to help

I have the same problem, since august 2023 I did not receive more my rewards.
I would like Know the reason

I have exactly the same problem. Since April 2023 I no longer receive browser rewards. I have Brave installed on my PC and mobile with a verified Uphold account since 2021.
