Didn't receive any rewards for May in my Uphold wallet

Good afternoon guys,

Since the payout status for non-creators was marked as completed, I figured I should make a post about my rewards not going through. The first picture below shows that on the rewards page it shows Earning from Ads for May to be 4.250 BAT. If I go into the Monthly Statement (second image) on the rewards page for May it shows that as of 5/7/21 I received the payment, but it never went to my uphold wallet. Help please!

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
