Despite my positive balance in BAT tokens, Uphold displays $0 in the wallet

I have a BAT token coming from multiples years of rewards. However, uphold display $0. I can’t figure out a way to have a consistent uphold wallet.

**Is your browser wallet currently verified? YES

**What date did you verify your wallet? Earlier this week.

**Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? No never (but that was related to a New York city issue, now I’m in France).

**Are you using a VPN? NO.

**Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? YES in France.

**Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? YES
