Crash when visiting site with touch authentication

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Browse to a site that uses biometric authentication, like Coinbase.
  2. You may need to configure biometric auth first.
  3. When the biometric dialog tries to display Brave crashes, Chrome does not crash.

Expected result:
The browser should never crash.

1.77.95
