Could anyone help me resolve this problem with the reward not being added to the account?

Hello, I really wanted someone to help me. Why haven’t I been able to receive the payment that was supposed to be made on the 7th in my Uphold wallet for 2 months? It’s showing as completed but nothing has gone into my wallet.
