Continue where you left of - deleted

This is the third time this has happened.

Sometimes when I start brave, it shows up very shortly and closes immediately. Then if I reopen, all my tabs are gone. History shows no recently closed tab.

This is very critical since I see no way to restore those tabs. Changing to google chrome now, until this issue is solved. This is unacceptable.
