Description of the issue:
Clear all CSS rules should not be so easily accessed; it is easily accidentally used and should be either well hidden in menus, or not exist at all: I can hardly think of a time when I would want to clear all of the blocking I’ve done.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Right click
- Choose brave
- Accidentally choose clear all css rules as opposed to the slightly saner clear all rules for the site
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Become infuriated that stuff (ads) that had been cleared is back
Expected result:
Not be able to destroy hours of work due to a missclick

I’ve done it twice now in the couple of months I’ve been using Brave; so, about once a month
