Currently, on Android, navigating to Settings > Brave Shield & privacy > Clear browsing data > Clear data on exit removes all browsing data without the option to select specific data to delete. It would be beneficial to have a feature that allows users to choose exactly what to clear upon exit.
On PC, there is an option to select which data to clear on exit. I use this feature to delete only my browsing history while keeping cookies and other site data. This way, I can ensure that my browsing history is cleared after each session while staying logged into websites since my cookies and site data remain intact.
This feature is very important considering that the accumulated browsing data can reduce the performance of the browser itself. This feature is also available in other browsers such as Quetta Browser, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, etc. It is also available on the desktop version of Brave Browser. So it would be very important if the mobile version also has it.
For the record, yes I realize this is a duplicate topic from this user, 2 years ago a user created it but there was no response until now.
I hope Brave can consider this feature to be implemented in the mobile version.
