Hi all, I’m having an issue downloading a PDF file, and the browser causes an error when trying to download the document on Brave browser (same issue on Chrome and Microsoft Edge). There are no issues on Firefox (but the user doesn’t want to use Firefox).
The PDF document is generated by the website and opens without problems, but when trying to download it, an error occurs saying “Check your internet connection.”
So far, I’ve checked:
- The browser is up to date
- Cleared the cache
- Opened the file in a new private window
- Reinstalled the browser
- I don’t believe it’s a firewall issue, as I have another identical PC configured the same way, and the file downloads without problems
The issue persists. Are there any other checks I can do?
