Just a week ago, I cannot to work as cannot open the Google Sheets. It shown “Unable to load the file”. However, can open via incognito or on Google Chrome.
How to address this issue?

If you’re on 1.42.88 and it still doesn’t work let us know, but there was a known issue recently fixed.

After uninstall, and install the new version. It does work. Thanks JimB1
