Description of the issue:

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. during downloads of several files(not connected to each other), I realized Brave is only displaying “Failed to download”, so without deleting apk data and cache I uninstalled the apk, then
    downloaded from Google play store again. This fixed the problem with downloads being failed.
  2. then I realized the accumulated BAT rewards are now completely gone.( 0.00)

Expected result: expected result is to be able to recover the missing BAT’s

Brave Version( check About Brave): version Brave 1.22.71, Chromium 89.0.4389.114
