Description of the issue:
No option to set custom New Tab page.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Go to settings and click on new tab settings and only see options for background images of built in new tab. Missing feature every browser has had since before y2k was a thing.

No custom new tab url option

Ability to set desired url
