Can I recover my BAT rewards from an old browser after OS reinstall?

I posted this in another forum twelve days ago and received no responses, so I am posting it again here to see if I can get any help with it.

I had a bunch of BAT earned from my last browser (about 125 BAT) that was never paid out due to the rollover issue and I had to do a fresh install of my OS. I am wondering if I can recover the BAT from my old browser. I have the Wallet ID number for it.

I’ve read you can but you need to backup some folder of Brave and then re-add it to the PC after the format.
If u didn’t back it up you may of lost it in sorry to tell you.hooe I’m wrong.
