Bug: Captcha not showing on Fedex KYC page

Description of the issue:
Brave does not show captcha on kyc.fedex.com

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Brave
2. Visit https://kyc.fedex.com/#/app-login
3. click ‘submission of KYC Documents’

Actual Result
captcha does not show

Expected Result:
captcha should show

Reproduces how often:
Always

Brave Version:
Brave release - Version 1.0.0 Chromium: 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Reproducible on current live release:
Yes

Additional information:
Capcha displays fine in Chrome Version 78.0.3904.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)
