Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1.Download latest version of brave for windows
2.go to any video and play
3.Video plays normally for few seconds then appears as the attached screen shot.

Updates anyone? I hear crickets. This is a huge annoyance as it’s also happening to me. I can confirm I have the lateest version and a brand new PC, and almost every video does this.
