How can this issue be reproduced?
- Play Video
- set resolution higher than playback window (at least 2x or so)(doesn’t happen when resolution is lower than size)
- video freezes every .5 seconds for a short bit then resumes, no audio problems. The issue goes away when increasing playback windows size (making YouTube full-screen or Theater Mode) or decreasing resolution.
Expected result: video freezes every .5 seconds for a short bit then resumes, no audio problems.
