Description of the issue:
Brave uses 3x more memory than firefox when having 72 tabs open
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
- open firefox and load 72 tabs from various websites
- open brave and load the same 72 websites in tabs
- you can bookmark all 72 websites in firefox then import them in brave
- make sure firefox and brave are set to load previous tabs after the browsers are closed
- close brave and firefox
- open brave and firefox again
- note the same 72 tabs will be loaded in both browsers
- check memory usage, brave uses about 3x more memory at this stage
