Brave stops when Mac Keyboard Viewer is used

Description of the issue:
Brave Desktop for Mac stops when Mac OS Catalina Vietnamese Keyboard Viewer is used

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave browser on Mac Catalina 10.15.4.
  2. In Keyboard Preferences, change to “Vietnamese” and then Show the Keyboard Viewer.
  3. Use the keypad to click on any Vietnamese character.
  4. Brave closes silently.

Expected result:

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.5.123 Chromium: 80.0.3987.163 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Some additional info for the original bug report:- The crash happens when AY key is pressed, not just Enter.
