the on/off switch for brave rewards wont show up for me

yes sure here is a screen shot when I press “start using Rewards” nothing happens.

also when I go to rewards settings it does not show a switch next to brave rewards and when I try to enable ads it wont let me.

What happened when you toggle the switch for Ads?
when i toggle it it just immediately turns back off
What is your Brave version? OS? Happened for the first time?
how do I check what version it is
