Im just a starter and I would like to know if it is possible to sync brave rewards from Windows PC to Android?
Example, if I have 4 BATs in my PC it would also show in my android device that I have 4 BATs. Is this possible or not?

Does this mean, wallet sync is manually done by doing a backup / restore from inside the Manage Your Wallet admin area?

No, @Brave-Browser-Fanboy. Your backup keys is for backup. Not for sync your wallet. The team is working on wallet sync.
