I can’t verify my account or earn rewards because I’ve been flagged.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Mac OS v12.6, Brave 1.46

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no)

It was, but no longer.

What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?

Like a year ago, I can’t remember.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

No.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Yes. I’m using Uphold in Australia.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Not applicable.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices?

Only using the one device. I believe I have switched off auto-contribute.

Raise a ticket at

Raising a ticket basically will be an appeal to Brave to reinstate your account and will be at Brave’s discretion to decide whether to reinstate your account or not.
