Brave Reward Profile Flagges

I’d vaguely noticed that I didn’t seem to be getting Brave rewards and presumed it was because I never watch ads. However, I took the time today to look into it and verify my account with Uphold and was told that my account is flagged. I’m now presuming this is why I have received no rewards - practically since I signed up.

I’ve no idea why this would be so don’t know how to remedy it! Could it be because we use a VPN? Have I got a setting wrong somewhere? Is it because we also use Mozilla (sometimes simultaneously just because my partner prefers it and we both use the PC and have a tendency to leave pages open!). Bit lost as to what to do or who to contact about it!
