Description of the issue:: Brave randomly closed when browsing YouTube and I’ve lost all of my bookmarks

How can this issue be reproduced?: Every time I open Brave none of my bookmarks are there

Expected result:: Every time I open Brave my bookmarks should be available

**Brave Version 1.64.113 Chromium: 123.0.6312.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:: I’m using windows 10 and running 64GBS of RAM
