Brave Private Mode as default

How can I force all system-wide pop-ups to open in private mode?
Is there anything I can do to set the private mode as default? So that when I click on any pop-up links, it’ll launch in private mode everytime?
I know you can put “-incognito” in the target field of the shortcut to launch it in private mode but that’s about it.
