Description of the issue:
Ads are not getting blocked on iOS brave app on some websites but are getting blocked on macOS.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Watch any episode on https://animepahe.com/
Ads are blocked completely if I open it in macOS but not on iOS.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
brave iOS version = 1.22.1
brave macOS version = 1.18.75
Mobile Device details
mobile = iOS 14
laptop = macOS catalina

Sheilds are up and I have tried clearing caches.
