Brave mobile won't let me download images

Hello

I recently installed the Brave mobile app on android, because my experience with Brave on desktop has for the most part been positive. I came across, however, a problem with it quite quickly. In short, when i try to download images by holding my finger down, like you do on chrome, nothing happens.

That is really all there is to it. I need to know if there is another way to download images, as it would seem quite silly to have a browser that is unable to do so. This does not appear to be an issue with duckduckgo or google, since i was unable to download pictures using either.

If i have missed something crucial or made a silly mistake PLEASE reply to this and correct me, i would like to start using Brave as my main browser on mobile, but i simply cannot do that if i cant download images.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Brave
2. Search for anything using either DDG or google
3. Open an image in the image search
4. Attempt to download the image how you would on Chrome

Brave Version: Brave 1.0.77

Phone: Samsung Galaxy J5

Did you mean that you not see the menu like in screenshot? It’s a known issue. Fix will be available in next release.

Yes, no matter how long i hold my finger in place, this menu does not pop up. Is it activated some other way, or do i have to wait for the next update?
