Description of the issue:
Brave do not pay my referral rewards to Uphold verified account.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Brave Creator - (publishers.basicattentiontoken.org)
2. I watch that referral rewards was not accredited to account on the estimated date. Although rewards other than referrals are paid.
3. Repeat every month

As you can see 44.04 remains static. While other balance different to referral rewards where paid correctly.

Expected Result:
Payment is done through Uphold, the balance on braver creator is updated.

Brave release - V1.37.111 (Apr 5, 2022)

Yes

Additional information:

  • I do KYC on uphold on 14 December 2021
  • I has received other bat contribution different from referrals.

Iā€™m early adopter of Brave Browser. I referred some friends who also liked the browser a lot. Referral them was not easy. accordingly I would like to take my rewards.
I hope that you guys of brave community can give me a hand with this issue. :pray:
