Brave Creators Program Still Accepting New Applicants? No Referral Browser Code Either

Are they Still accepting new creators? I signed up 1 week ago now and it doesn’t appear to have me verified for my YT, Twitch, Twitter, etc.

ALSO, the referral code for getting people to sign up for brave with my Browser says it’s unavailable “until further notice,” is that because I’m not accepted into the platform?
