Description of the issue:
Last month I upgraded my early 2011 MacBook Pro with a Samsung SSD. I booted up Catalina using DosDudes Catalina patcher. Downloaded Brave V121.1.62.156 and synced it with my iOS, sometimes when launching it would crash, but ran fine after restarting OS. Now when it crashes instead of getting the error window with option to print crash report I see the browser trying to load (all black), then it crashes and no option for crash report. I skimmed the form and read some of the support.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Launching from launchpad
- Launching from applications folder
- Launching after reboot
- Launching from terminal

Additional Information:
I use proton vpn but attempted with the VPN turned off, same problem. I don’t game and this is essentially a brand new computer(SSD) and OS.
