I software develop with brave, i’m now completely unable to reach localhost with brave and experience no issues with other browsers
it says ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
which I presume has something to do with it being http
without turning off all https rules, how in the world am I to keep using brave browser for developing?
All other browsers work fine
the following article suggests to re-install brave, but I tried this and it doesnt work

I disable the HTTP to HTTPS upgrade, and sometimes that works, when connecting to local network gear.
Otherwise, disabling that switch on Firefox, and connecting to, for example:
https://192.168.0.1
works.
im trying to understand what setting suddenly showed up in the last 48 hours, because nothing on my end changed, I ran no updates to my codebases
