Brave Balance reduced

I am from Middle east and already we get less ads and less rewards. And on top of it, i see the balances are going down often. This is the second time i noticed it. Yesterday it was 0.22 BAT and today in front of my eyes the balance changed for 0.22 to 0.168 BAT. May i know what is the reason for that. ? Is there any logic on that?
